"Today, I am coming to you with a message from my heart. Now, more than ever, the need to stand for our Christian beliefs is apparent. There is a war taking place attacking our Christian heritage, values, and even life itself.

On April 30, 1863, during the darkest days of our country, President Abraham Lincoln called for a day of united pray and fasting. As we approach the anniversary of that historic day, I am asking that we again petition God on behalf of our nation. In the following brief video I explain this call to prayer beginning on April 30, 2009, whereby we can agree together with millions leading up to May 7, 2009, the National Day of Prayer.

"Hi, my name is Dutch Sheets, and I have a short but very important message to share with you.

President Obama has said twice now—in his inaugural address and on a recent trip to Europe—that America is no longer a Christian nation. In fact he implied in his inaugural address that we never have been a Christian nation, that it was many faiths that shaped and defined who we are as America. In a recent Newsweek magazine they basically agreed with our president. The headline read, “The End of Christian America.” What are they and others really saying about America when they say we are not a Christian nation? In essence, they are saying we lost the culture war for America. They’re either saying that we never were a Christian nation, that we’ve always been a mix, or they’re saying maybe were at one point, but are no longer—this culture war is over and we are announcing Christianity has lost. What is the truth about our roots as a nation? The following are a few quotes that demonstrate clearly what we were in the founding of this nation, and what our founding fathers and early leaders really wanted us to be. The first one is from, of all places, the United States Supreme Court in 1892. “From the discovery of this continent to the present hour, there is a single voice making this affirmation…that this is a Christian nation.” I guess the Supreme Court of that point in time did not agree with our current President. John Jay, the first chief justice of the Supreme Court, said, “Unto Him who is the author and giver of all good, I render sincere and humble thanks for His manifold and unmerited blessings, and especially for our redemption and salvation by His beloved Son.” Is that a Christian statement? I believe it is. Fisher Ames is the author of the first Amendment. (By the way, remember that the first Amendment is what the revisionists try to use saying our forefathers didn’t want Christianity influencing our government or anything in the public square.) Here is what the author of that first Amendment said: “Should not the Bible regain the place it once held as a school book?” I don’t think he agreed with today’s version of separation. John Adams, one of the signers of the Declaration of Independence and our 2nd President, said this: “The general principles of which the fathers achieved independence were…the general principles of Christianity.” Our second president and signer of the Declaration of Independence certainly thought we were a Christian nation, founded upon Christian principles. Here’s something that will really surprise many of you. This is a statement in the Handbook of Harvard University in 1642 called “The Rules and Precepts:” “Let every student be plainly instructed, and earnestly pressed to consider well, the main end of his life and studies is to know God and Jesus Christ which is eternal life (John 17:3)…and therefore to lay Christ in the bottom, as the only foundation of all sound knowledge and learning.” Our educators today do not agree with it, but that was in the handbook of Harvard University. Here is one final quote and I want to read a portion of it to you: “We have been the recipients of the choicest bounties of heaven. We have been preserved these many years in peace and prosperity. We have grown in numbers, wealth, power, as no other nation has ever grown. But, we have forgotten God. We have forgotten the gracious hand which preserved us in peace, and multiplied, enriched, and strengthened us. And we have vainly imagined in the deceitfulness of our hearts that all these blessings were produced by some superior wisdom and virtue of our own. Intoxicated with unbroken success, we have become too self-sufficient to feel the necessity of redeeming and preserving grace, too proud to pray to the God that made us. It behooves us then, to humble ourselves before the offended power, to confess our national sins, and to pray for clemency and forgiveness.” Who made that powerful statement--some great preacher? A spiritual leader in our nation, perhaps? A statement made even recently? No, that statement was made in 1863 by none other than President Abraham Lincoln. It was made during the Civil War when he called our nation to prayer and fasting, asking God for His help in that troubled time. What our founding fathers and early leaders believed about God and this nation, and the connection there, is indisputable. Why does our history matter? Why do our roots in this nation really matter? Why is it important to revisionists and secular humanists that they re-write and distort our history? You know, if it really didn’t matter what our history was, they wouldn’t bother to re-write it and distort it. I’m here to say to you that it matters much whether or not we were a Christian nation in our roots. Why--first of all, because God honors covenant. The Bible says he keeps covenant and mercy to a thousand generations. You’ll find leaders all throughout scripture, when calling upon God for his help and His mercy, basing it on covenant – promises made in the past between God and people. And when we call upon God, we have to call upon Him, at times (of course always based on scripture), based on the fact that we are honoring the covenant that we made with Him as a nation. Our history is also important because it demonstrates that God had a purpose in the founding of this nation. God was involved. Our forefathers knew that God was involved, and it demonstrates our Godly heritage that our founding fathers believed in—that purpose and destiny--and dedicated this nation to it. The liberals, humanists, and those who want to re-write our history, they don’t want you to know that God had a purpose in the founding of this nation and that our forefathers intended to honor that purpose. Our history also demonstrates that our founding fathers were influenced by God’s word and His ways when writing the Constitution and forming our government. Those who don’t like this and want to twist the meaning of our founding fathers and founding documents try to negate God’s influence by re-writing our history. Is it important to know that in our roots we are a Christian nation and do have a God-given purpose and destiny? You better believe it is!
We know that we were a Christian nation in our early days. We know what our founding fathers and early leaders wanted, but have the humanists, secularists, atheists, and revisionists really won this culture war? Are we, as Newsweek said, at the end of Christian America? No, they have not won the war! It is true that they have made great gains and, in many areas of our culture, they do currently rule: education, media, government, and so on. And many in government—the President, Congress, Judges—are pulling out all the stops to remove anything and everything that would make us a Christian and godly nation. They are attacking biblical values and life. President Obama, who voted for the right to finish taking the life of a baby born alive after a botched abortion and many in Congress, are trying to reverse every restriction ever placed on abortion through the Freedom of Choice Act. They are trying to pass legislation making it illegal, even for churches, to refuse to hire an individual who violates their moral beliefs. They are trying to make doctors violate their consciences by forcing them to perform abortions. They want to remove tax deductions for you if you donate money to your church. They want to make it illegal for ministers to preach and quote scriptures calling various behaviors a sin. They are requiring you and me to fund abortions. Whether you know it or not, or like it or not, they are requiring you and me to fund abortions, even in other nations. The current administration and Congress have the most radical anti-Christian, anti-Bible agenda in the history of our nation. They are serious and they have pulled out all the stops. In essence they are saying, “We have won the culture war—now we are going to shove it down your throats.”

But they have not won the culture war! The war is not over! I believe, as do many Americans, that God is about to send a great revival to our nation and that as we work and plan, He is going to give us strategy to produce a great reformation that shifts our culture back again to what God intended it to be from the start. This brings me to the very simple plan that I want to share with you right now. The anniversary of that powerful proclamation by Abraham Lincoln in 1863, of which I shared a portion of it just a few moments ago, is coming up on April 30th. It is a powerful proclamation. I only shared a small portion of it to you. It talks about reformation. It talks about a nation being blessed whose God is the Lord. I tell you, we could not improve on this statement. Go to our website, www.dutchsheets.org, and download the entire proclamation sending it to everyone you know: family members, friends, educators, government officials, congressmen and women, judges. Send it to everyone you know and ask them to do the same. Let’s make a statement on that day and leading up to that day that we agree with Abraham Lincoln who certainly believed we were a Christian nation. Then, on that day, April 30th, let’s begin to pray it. Let’s pray that prayer as individuals. Literally, let’s read it out loud and say, “Lord, I want to come to you and say that I agree with President Abraham Lincoln, that we are a Christian nation and that we are dependent on you. We need your help; we repent for our sins; we cry out to you just as they did in the Civil War…” If during the Civil War, at that desperate time, they called on God and He saved a nation, we can do that now. Let’s take this and pray it individually. Some of you may want to have prayer meetings Thursday night, April 30th, and together read and pray portions of this prayer. Let’s do it every day for a week—7 days leading up to the National Day of Prayer—even on May 3rd, the Sunday between April 30th and May 7th, the National Day of Prayer. Let’s do it as congregations. Pastors, read this to your congregations and pray it. Put it on your Power Point, somewhere where you can read it together. Pass it out when congregants come in. Let’s have this read and said millions and millions of times from April 30th to May 7th. Then on that day, May 7th, the National Day of Prayer, let’s do it again! Let’s do it individually, in prayer meetings; let’s do it on State Capitol steps; let’s do it in Washington DC; let’s come into agreement with what President Lincoln said and let’s make a statement to this nation, to the spiritual powers that are trying to steal from us our Christian heritage, and let’s say, “The war isn’t over! We are not going to give this nation away and the culture war isn’t over!” God is going to help us reform this nation. We are going to get it done. America, if you would return to the God of the Bible, if you would overturn abortion, and if you would return to the economic framework of Ronald Reagan, you would turn your country around.

America, both Democrats and Republicans have sold you out for to the agenda of the Globalist NWO.

America, return to your first works, lest Jah let you go into total oppression.

America, your nation is headed for a total collapse of your economy unless you repent. America you will become a police state unless you repent.

America, your president is leading you into great bondage.

America, I have given the prophets a word for your recovery, but you will not recover unless you receive the prophet and adhere to his word.

His word is grace not more law.

America turn to Me, is Jah's Word for you in this hour...

Increase in Miracles

We are moving into a day when we will see an increase in miracles. The fact is in most places in this nation, miracles have not been seen in years. Our Lord has not done many because of our unbelief.

We will see miracles in the release of Jah's power, and in His divine provision. This due to faith in kingdom people.

We are in a transition within a transition. The true church itself is being brought to the greater dimension I call "Kingdom". There is also within kingdom people, a move into the next dimension of their life and ministries.

There is right now being released a greater teaching on the Holy Spirit across many church traditions. This is timely since much of the church is still resisting Him. Examine all scripture being taught for continuity and use in the passage. Embrace the true.

One thing is for sure. We need more of the manifestation of the Holy Spirit in our lives.

Proclamation:

Lord, we embrace Your Spirit. We desire to know you better. You have said the Spirit searches the deep things of Jah. We embrace Him as our teacher and His filling daily, is our desire. We thank you for His baptism. We embrace His ways.

Holy Spirit you are God. We worship you Father in the power of the Holy Spirit. Holy Spirit you are truth. We embrace you. Let miracles be seen in your people. Amen

You are a Champion

You are a Champion. But you will never be known as one until you face your giant. If you have been in a great battle, know that when you defeat this enemy with the sword of the Lord, and faith, you will be known as the one who overcame great evil.

Would you be a Saul or a David? Saul has slain his thousands, but David his ten-thousands. Yet guard against taking credit for Jah's victory. Let Jah be lifted up and all men shall be drawn to Him.

Exploits Ahead

For those of you who are not involved in the great prayer movement that has been activated over the last thirty years globally, we invite you to join with us.

We need you! If you see government corruption, and in turn pray for it, your prayer will help.

Most of us to do not have great government positions to effect policy, but we, who know our Lord, have an open channel to the creator of this universe.

His promise is that because we know Him, we will grow strong and do exploits.

Dan 11:32 And such as do wickedly against the covenant shall he corrupt by flatteries: but the people that do know their God shall be strong, and do [exploits].

Great Conflagration

In the USA, the Fourth Amendment to the Constitution, guards the citizen against unreasonable searches. In our schools this is being violated. I see a day of great conflagration concerning citizen’s rights just ahead. This will unfold in our Schools, and in other public places as well.

In the public places it will be sold as necessary for Homeland Security.

So Be It!

The Holy Spirit's work in you life is not for the purpose of making you better. Better does not come near reaching the High Call on your life. Life is the high call. Better is found in religion, not kingdom.

The Holy Spirit is wanting to renew...to recreate Himself in you. That is to say, He is not doing a remodel on your house, but He is tearing it down and building it anew acording to the Master's plan.
The Master is in every new plank being added to your Spiritual House. He does not use mixed materials. Part flesh and part Spirit, is not for this realm.

Christ is the foundation stone that all the work of the Holy Spirit rests upon. The living Christ is one with His Word. You are the temple which He is building. He is joining you with all who like you have heard the call to, "Repent unto the kingdom".

Look for change to come this day. Amen

Signs and Wonders

Many of us have been believing to see the goodness of the Lord in the land of the living. We have been glory hounds, looking for any sign of His glory in the land.

We are seeking the Lord and His ways, while expecting the supernatural.

In a meeting over seven years ago, many in the congregation saw feathers floating out of the air in a meeting held under roof. Todd Bentley said that the feathers were from an angel he knows and that promises given over twenty years ago are going to come true. (the feathers as a sign)

For this we thank the Lord. We are still expecting Lord!

The Main Thing

There is a young people whom Jah is now calling who will arise and take up the mantle that the present leadership has squandered or cast away.

These young will honor true fatherhood in the Spirit.

They will be a great rebuke to the boy teachers who now are in charge of so much in the church.

These young men and women will understand the keys of the kingdom and how to bind and loose.

To train these is of utmost importance. They must learn to worship in Spirit and truth. They must be grounded in the Word. Kingdom Prophet you will face many hardships along this path.

Teachers must teach. Young hearts must be filled with truth. When the generations are connected in unity we will see the broad place the Lord has planned for us.

North Korea

Pray for North Korea, that a nuclear holocaust would not happen there. This may be eminent if there is not a repentance unto God in that place.

Abandon Yourself in Him

The Lord is calling many to join with us to be alone with Him in the wilderness.

This is a call of Jah. He will renew your passion in this wilderness. He is all and is calling us to abandon ourselves, our ways, in Him.

Be Quick to Hear, Slow to Speak

As the Lord continues in His work of transition in His people, we must be keen to hear His word. This work which is the work of moving His people from churchanity to kingdom, is in full glory now.

Kingdom prophet, he has a new direction and an instruction for you, and to answer His call now is key for your future. He is continuing to move some church leadership into the "secular world", and some secular leaders into the church as leaders. He is now moving His people in geographic locations, and focus of life as well.

This switch or "shift", has been going on strongly for about four years now.

The church for the last fifteen to twenty years has focused missionary efforts on the 10/40 window. We are now in a new day. This day is different then that former day. There will be a refocus of missionary efforts.

Here at the Rock ministries, we are making proclamations concerning our destiny. Before you do the same, be sure to wait on the Lord. Your proclamations must be His word, and not mixture.

A Proclamation for a National Day of Prayer

Whereas, the Senate of the United States, devoutly recognizing the supreme authority and just government of the Almighty God in all the affairs of men and of nations has by a resolution requested the president to designate and set apart a day for national prayer and humiliation.

And whereas, it is the duty of nations as well as of men to own their dependence upon the overruling power of God: to confess their sins and transgressions in humble sorrow, yet with assured hope that genuine repentance will lead to mercy and pardon: and to recognize the sublime truth, announced in the Holy Scriptures and proven by all history that those nations only are blessed whose God is the Lord:

And insomuch as we know that by His divine law nations, like individuals are subjected to punishments and chastisements in this world, may we not justly fear that the awful calamity of civil war which now desolates the land may be but a punishment inflicted upon us for our presumptuous sins, to the needful end of our national reformation as a whole people?

Since this time, each March 30th the nation becomes the greatest concern of all who are intercessors in this land. Yet the nation needs many days of intercession. The day you read this would be a good day as well.

America, Repent!

Jah is calling this nation to repent unto the kingdom. He is calling this nation to repent and embrace the God of the bible. He is calling it to repent and do its first good works.

The call is to reinstate the inalienable rights of life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.

What say ye America?

The Lord will Deliver Us

We have come through hard times in this land. There will be more. But the Lord is raising our deliverance. Surely because of the hardness of our hearts we will experience troubles and tribulations. But the Lord has deliverance, if we will believe.

The Corporate News has finally begun to report some truth concerning things going on in this land. There is much evil in this land, but the Lord has called His people to believe right now for the coming reversal and deliverance.

The battles will be great, but the size of your reward will be in keeping with the depth of this battle.

Do not look for men to save this nation. There is confusion even among the prophets. Look for Jah to arise! Lord, we shall lie down beside still waters.

Lord we proclaim: "Your salvation come to this land!"

Goodness!

We thank you Lord for your goodness! We thank you for a new level of faith!

Seek the Lord/Obey

Seek the Spirit this day. There is no peace in the flesh.

We are all tested in the earth realm. The enemy takes advantage of this. Repent unto the kingdom.

Seek the Father. Seek the Lord. Seek the Kingdom.

Forgive. You will break the enemies power.

We often have trouble leaving behind the things that bind us still from last season. Forgiveness is the key to open this place.

Go, and forgive. If you do not you will not know if you are coming or going. Go and forgive. You will find clarity for your call and provision. Leave behind the things of the past. You will need to let go of something that has given comfort in the past.

Break the false covenants of the past. If you are cursing yourself, or if your family has, you will need to break these curses. These curses are tied to ancient Egypt and Freemasonry. You must leave behind the Idols of Egypt.

Cast aside, your generational curses like a menstrual rag. Listen for a voice from behind you, to give you direction for this season.
Give an offering toward your future. Every time you give you break Satan's power.

Let Jah Arise!

Let His enemies be scattered!

Fear Not!

Awaken in fear?

The Lord has reveled to us that many are awakening in the night in fear, or just awakening with a start. We can easily know that this is the work of evil whenever we wake without Jah’s peace. When we feel the demons in our rooms there is no choice but to pray and proclaim! However unnerving or troubling these night session are, we must focus our minds on resisting the enemy, and establishing the fact that Christ’s blood is greater than the works of the enemy. We speak His Word, and trust.

We must also be aware that Jah will reveal to us things that should be prayed over, and timely proclamations that must be made in that hour. The more we break the power of the devil in that time, the better our days can be. Remember too, that when we are praying in the night, there are multitudes in other parts of the world praying in the day!

Above all brothers I ask Jah to grant you peace in the night, unless it is His will that you be in prayer. If so pray until breakthrough come. We have no reason to fear, and the fear feelings will go if we resist the enemy. Remember He has asked; "Could we not tarry one hour?"

Abide In Jah

Our great need is to abide in Him. He is the reason we live. There is no life outside of Him. We are foolish to think we can have Him bless our plan and yet be joyous. Joy is the third dimension of the Kingdom. It is a product of righteousness, and peace.

Jhn 15:4 Abide in me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit of itself, except it abide in the vine; no more can ye, except ye abide in me. Jhn 15:6 If a man abide not in me, he is cast forth as a branch, and is withered; and men gather them, and cast [them] into the fire, and they are burned. Jhn 15:7 If ye abide in me, and my words abide in you, ye shall ask what ye will, and it shall be done unto you.

If we abide in the vine, we are certain to bring forth fruit. Spring is the time when plants begin to bud, and bring forth fruit for later harvest. So we are as a tree planted by living waters. We shall grow into a mighty kingdom force.

Let Them Go

When we learn to be aware of the different dynamics in lives around us we can gain insight for greater victories. Most will not full fill their call. If we see a void or a gap we can move forward into that place if Jah so calls us to.

Look for opportunity to come in the days ahead. Opportunity found where others have quit or laid aside their call for convenience. Some are being promoted simply because there is a void in the body due to someone not fulfilling their call. Some quit due to betrayal. Every effort of restoration needs to be made with them. Some quit for comfort. Let them go.

It is the Time of Passover

Passover is a time of springing forth into Freedom! Passover brings into remembrance the final plague on Egypt when the firstborn of the Egyptians died and Jah's people were spared.

Yes, when the blood was on the door post, the death angel passed over. May this be your experience kingdom prophet. As the plagues are released on our land, may we find our route of escape to our promises.

Jesus said at Passover or what we call the Lord's Supper:

“This is my body,” and “this cup is the new testament in my blood”

Shortly after this Jesus gave His life as a ransom for many. As we eat of His flesh and drink His blood, we touch His ressurection power.

Our Future is at Hand

Nahum 3

1 Woe to the bloody city! it is all full of lies and robbery; . . . . . . . . .

4 Because of the multitude of the whoredoms of the wellfavoured harlot, the mistress of witchcrafts, that selleth nations through her whoredoms, and families through her witchcrafts.

5 Behold, I am against thee, saith the LORD of hosts; and I will discover thy skirts upon thy face, and I will show the nations thy nakedness, and the kingdoms thy shame.

6 And I will cast abominable filth upon thee, and make thee vile, and will set thee as a gazingstock.

We live in a land of evil. Demons are behind almost everything that we see. Unless we repent unto the kingdom in this nation, there will be great upheaval just ahead.

Seeking the Kingdom

As a seeker goes to the Internet to see or hear a word from the Lord. There may be some confusion.

One thing we must discern is that the prophetic words given on the Internet are for and from two different realities. One group of prophets may be speaking to the church, while another is speaking of and to The Kingdom.

The Kingdom is the word we seek. As the sons of Issachar, we are discerners of our time. We know churchanity is not the answer we seek. Kingdom words are a life giving force. We seek His Kingdom Word.

It is our Father's good pleasure to give us the kingdom this day!

Seek first His Kingdom!


1Ch 12:32 And of the children of Issachar, [which were men] that had understanding of the times, to know what Israel ought to do; the heads of them [were] two hundred; and all their brethren [were] at their commandment.

Mat 6:33 But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.

EarthQuake

With the powerful earth quake that has just hit Italy we know our Lord's warning that, "in the last days there will be earthquakes in divers places", is being played out before our eyes.

Yes,these are last days.

If you don't know Jesus as Lord, today is a great day to repent unto His kingdom!

Strategy in Worship and War

Our long time strategy in Worship has recently been defined by Chuck Pierce as; “Ascending in Worship, and Descending in War.”

Truly we understand that Worship is first. (send Judah first) In worship we clear anything between us and our covenant Jah. In worship we embrace the fullness of our Lord and take our place of authority in His grace. We have authority through relationship. Worship is full of faith words, thoughts, and joyful expressions of our love unto Father.

Worship is therefore an entering into the 3rd deminsion, the most holy place.

War:(Decension)
In War we exercise and proclaim the Lord’s authority and sovereignty. In war we take our place as His emissary in the earth. In war, we speak His Word against the powers of darkness and proclaim the complete and total defeat of Satan at the cross.

We are the living word that destroys Satan’s evil in the earth.

War is done in leaving the Most Holy Place, to battle the enemy on his territory.

Kingdom Prophet, we must actively worship our Lord. This is paramount in our strategy. From our worship we go forth and wage war. We are released from worship, as petards against the gates of hell!
